All information was obtained from records of Sunshine MLS (multiple listing service)  and reflects the activity of the Various Realtors belonging to the Sunshine MLS

In 2005, 11 houses & 28 condos sold at Barefoot Beach Club

In 2006, 6 houses & 8 condos sold at Barefoot Beach Club.

In 2007, 8 houses & 13 condos sold at Barefoot Beach Club.

During the first 7 months of 2008, thru July 31, 2008, 6 houses & 8 condos have sold & l condo has a pending sale.

Averaging the Sales prices of the bayside condos in 2007, the AVERAGE Per sq. ft. price was $510.55. Of course, location & condition Makes a difference as to which side of the average you are on.

Averaging the sales prices of the gulf side condos in 2007, the AVERAGE per sq. ft price was $871.34. Again, location & condition Make a difference.

2008, to date, the average per square footage of bayside condos Is $475.08 per sq. ft. & the average per square footage of gulf side Condos is $828.82 per sq. ft.

Prices are still declining. Statistics show the gulf front condos are
Selling at 95% of 2007 prices & bay front condos selling at 93% of 2007 prices.
